According to a list compiled by Yelp, the Arizona eatery serving up the "best pie" in the state is Pie Snob in Phoenix. The site notes that this beloved spot offers 4-inch mini pies that are "highly recommended as a single-serve option" and that come in "a variety of flavor options."
