Final Four in Phoenix Road Restrictions

MARCH MADNESS MUSIC FESTIVAL

The March Madness Music Festival will take place Friday, March 31, through Sunday, April 2, at Margaret T. Hance Park.

The following street closures will be implemented starting at 9 a.m. Sunday, March 26.

 First Street – Roosevelt to Moreland streets, reopening 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 5 Moreland Street – First to Third streets, reopening 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 Portland Street – Central Avenue and Third Street, reopening 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 Second Street – Roosevelt to Moreland streets, reopening 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 5 Second Street – McDowell to Willetta streets, reopening 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 First Street – McDowell to Willetta streets, reopening 6 a.m. Monday, April 3 Willetta Street – Central Avenue and Third Street, reopening 6 a.m. Monday, April 3 

Local and business access will be maintained for these streets until 6 a.m. Friday, March 31.

The following street will be closed from 8 p.m. to midnight Friday, March 31; Saturday, April 1; and Sunday, April 2:

 Central Avenue – Van Buren and McDowell streets 

All cross streets and driveways will be closed or restricted along Central Avenue between Van Buren and McDowell streets during egress for these three evenings.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

This street closure schedule remains subject to change.

NCAA FINAL FOUR FAN FEST

The NCAA Final Four Fan Fest will take place Friday, March 31, through Monday, April 3.

The following street closure is currently in place from 5 a.m. Monday, March 20, through 5 a.m. Friday, April 7:

 Third Street – Washington and Monroe streets 

The following streets will be closed from 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 29, through 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 4:

 Monroe Street –  Second and Fifth streets Third Street­ – Van Buren and Monroe streets 

This street closure schedule remains subject to change.

NCAA DOWNTOWN DRIBBLE

The NCAA Downtown Dribble will take place Sunday, April 2.

The following street will be closed from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.:

 Monroe Street – Fifth and Seventh streets 

The following streets will be closed from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.:

Van Buren Street – First to Fifth streets

First Street – Van Buren to Washington streets

Adams Street – First to Second streets

All driveways, entries and cross-streets along the route will be closed and reopened as the event proceeds.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

This street closure schedule remains subject to change.

PRIDE PARADE

This event will take place starting at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 2.

The following streets will be closed starting at 7 a.m.:

Third Street – Palm Lane to Indian School Road

Indian School Road – Central Avenue to Seventh Street

All cross streets will be closed along the route as the parade proceeds.

Local and business access will be maintained.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will open to normal traffic by 2 p.m. Sunday, April 2.

ARIZONA PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION DAY AT THE CAPITOL

This event will take place starting at 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 4.

17th Avenue between Washington and Jefferson streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All streets will open to normal traffic by 4 p.m., Tuesday, April 4.

SRP DAY AT THE CAPITOL

This event will take place starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 5.

17th Avenue between Washington and Jefferson streets will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
